I move amendment No. 18:

In page 9, lines 20 to 26, to delete subsection (4) and substitute the following:

"(4) The functions of the Minister for Finance in relation to each of the following bodies are transferred to the Minister:

(a) the Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland;

(b) the Commission for Public Service Appointments;

(c) the Public Appointments Service;

(d) the Commissioner of Valuation;

(e) the State Laboratory.".
