It is proposed to take No. 13, Social Welfare and Pensions Bill 2011 - Committee and Remaining Stages. It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, that (1) the Dáil shall sit later than 8.30 p.m. tonight and business shall be interrupted not later than 10 p.m.; and (2) Private Members' business, which shall be No. 29, motion re water and sewerage services, shall not be taken today and shall be taken tomorrow on the conclusion of No. 13, and shall, if not previously concluded, be brought to a conclusion after three hours.
