Before proceeding with the Order of Business, I wish on my own behalf and on behalf of the Members of Dáil Éireann to offer a cead míle fáilte, a most sincere welcome, to a parliamentary delegation from the People's Republic of China led by His Excellency, Wang Zhaoguo. I express the hope that the delegates will find their visit enjoyable, successful and to our mutual benefit.
