There was neither vision nor foresight in the greed that permeated many sections of the country. The people to whom the Deputy refers, with whom I and every Member on this side of the House are familiar, have been obliged to deal with the consequences and the Minister, Deputy Quinn, is dealing with this reality every day of the week.
