Question 2: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade the objectives of the Diplomatic Initiative which was announced at the beginning of April 2011, whose purpose, as understood is to gain support across Europe for some form of renegotiation of the terms attached to bailout loans from the IMF and EU.
