Therein lies the core of it. A fellow countyman of the Taoiseach's, Mr. John Healy, wrote a book many eons ago, entitled No One Shouted Stop. He was referring to the scourge of emigration, but he could have been talking about this Government. We know what Fianna Fáil did, but it is not in government. Rather, the Taoiseach is in government. Some 500,000 people are unemployed.
