Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin (Cavan-Monaghan, Sinn Fein)

I ask that the Taoiseach would put the submission to which he refers on the record of the House. That is reasonable. It would be a proper way to deal with it. My second question related to the censure motion. I ask the Taoiseach to address both matters.
