I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to debate an issue of major public importance requiring immediate consideration, namely, the financial hardship experienced by thousands of small and medium businesses who act as commercial rate payers and employers due to the lack of a coherent plan, strategy or policy by the current Government's parties at both local and national level to reduce commercial rate charges-----
