Question 3: To ask the Taoiseach if he will raise with the British Prime Minister the need for the British Government to accede to the unanimous request of the Oireachtas for all files and other relevant information in its possession relating to the fatal acts of collusion in this jurisdiction, including the Dublin and Monaghan bombings of 1974, to be made available for independent international scrutiny; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
