Before this adjourns today the Minister, Deputy Gormley, should come in here and put on the record of this House the events of the past 24 hours, his discussions with the Taoiseach and whether, for example, in the context of the Green Party, the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources, Deputy Ryan, sought that perhaps he would act simultaneously with his current brief and that of Minister for Transport. What is the view of the Minister, Deputy Ryan, and of the Minister, Deputy Gormley, of the capacity of the Government to continue to function where all of the Fianna Fáil Ministers have doubled up their briefs?
