I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to discuss the following matter, namely, the fact that 1,900 farmers have yet to receive any direct payments due to them and that a further 17,000 have only received part payment of the single farm payment; that the outstanding sum of €100 million needs to be paid as a matter of urgency in order to assist struggling farm households.
