I understand that a Bill has been agreed by Cabinet in respect of a constitutional referendum on the rights of the child. When will the referendum Bill to enable the people to enshrine the rights of the child in the Constitution be published? Is it envisaged that it will be taken before the end of this Dáil? Will it be possible to hold the children's referendum on the day of the next general election?
