I listened carefully to the Taoiseach's reply and to the Minister of State, Deputy Áine Brady, this morning. We still have not been told when the regulations will be published. Will the Taoiseach give us a date? He is right to say the vast majority of care is good but it is the exceptional cases that need regulation.
