Enda Kenny (Mayo, Fine Gael)

I had a request last week for the release of the Minister of State, Deputy Cuffe, so that he could he go to Cancún, Mexico, to sort out the climate change Bill. I want to say to him that he seems to have done fairly well, with 187 countries backing him up.
