I see the Adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to discuss a matter of national importance, namely, the need for the Minister for Health and Children to immediately introduce inspections and audits of home care services in this country following the shocking revelations of abuse and neglect of elderly people by a number of care providers which are State funded and the reality of this sickening action on frail and frighten older citizens reflected last night on a business for which "care" was only a word and not a reality.
