I have decided to extend the three year corporation tax exemption for start-up companies commencing a new trade in 2011 and to amend it so that the relief will be linked to the amount of employers' PRSI paid by the company. This change will focus the relief on employment creation, rewarding new companies that create jobs. I have also decided to extend the accelerated capital allowance scheme for energy efficient equipment for a further three years.
