This plan is the added price the people of Ireland must pay for 13 years of Fianna Fáil misrule. It is a price that must be added to the price already paid by those who have lost their jobs, whose businesses have gone or whose pay and services have been cut. This price must be paid by pensioners and people on the lowest pay, as well as by families and households nationwide.
