Deputy Ring dealt with FÁS. It is a terrible tragedy that FÁS comprises a debased currency. Much good work is done on the ground, yet the failure of Ministers to address the shortcomings of management brought the whole organisation into disrepute. There are many fine examples of the excellent work that FÁS carried out.
