Is it intended that as the discussions take place between officials from the Central Bank, the Office of the Financial Regulator and the Department of Finance that the Opposition parties will be kept briefed on what is happening in the discussions or will they continue for a few days to a conclusion and we will be informed about what decisions have been arrived at? I hope they will not be works of fiction, as the Minister for Justice and Law Reform has alluded to.
