I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to discuss a matter of national importance and concern: the urgent need to ensure that all matters relating to the damaged homes in Marino following the construction of the Dublin Port tunnel are resolved in a fair and proper manner; that all senior citizens - I emphasise that these are senior citizens - whose homes were damaged are compensated quickly and fairly; that all of those involved in the negotiations respect the urgent needs of the local residents; and that the Minister for Transport and the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government ensure that all local residents in Marino are compensated.
