The problem is that the Government is delivering nothing. If one wants to bell the cat - I hope the Minister knows what the term means, in that everyone has an answer but the Government is doing nothing - there is only one way to do it. There are 80,000 small firms of one description or another. Just one job per firm would put 80,000 back to work. If one meets a man or woman who is able to employ another person, one should shake that person by the hand and call him or her a patriot.
