Perhaps the Taoiseach might consider introducing the legal costs Bill at an earlier stage than was anticipated, given that some €500 million in legal costs arising from the tribunal is coming down the tracks and that there are other costs, such as the Lord Mayor proposals that will cost the Exchequer a lot of money-----
