The IMF has suggested that something be done because arrears are increasing. Something needs to be done about this soon.

Another issue of promised legislation is the legal costs Bill, which has been on the Government legislation programme for approximately four years. An indication was given that this would be pursued with some intent. It is still on the "must do" list, with publication expected.
