With a Bill composed of two sections, the second of which concerns the Short Title of the Bill and the collective citation, and with one amendment tabled, applying the guillotine to this Bill is part of the Government's addiction to guillotines. This Bill can be finished within the time and the Labour Party opposes the proposal.
