Deputy Reilly concluded his contribution by stating he did not want to end on a negative note; I do not want to begin on a negative note. I will reply to some of the issues raised. I have been here 13 years and it is the first time I have been the direct subject of a lecture from Deputy Quinn. I watched him on several other occasions over the years. It is my turn to respond.
