I move amendment No. a1:

"(2) The Health Acts 1947 to 2010 and this Act shall be construed together as one Act and the collective citation "the Health Acts 1947 to 2010" shall include this Act.".

This is a drafting amendment that was circulated after the list of other amendments and I do not propose to delay the time of the House on it.

Will the Ceann Comhairle clarify if any of the other amendments is grouped or are they all being taken separately?
