I ask about two issues. One relates to the liberalisation of the postal sector in Ireland which must come into force on 1 January 2011, through the transposition of EU Directive 2008/6/EC. Have the heads of the relevant Bill been discussed and agreed in Cabinet? When will the Bill be introduced in the House and when is it expected the Bill will pass?
