Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin (Cavan-Monaghan, Sinn Fein)

The same passion and concern needs to be demonstrated in the House today, in the interests of those who are being targeted in this legislation. The first step that needs to be taken to that end is the lifting of the guillotine, so that we can properly debate this Bill and explain that the measures contained in it are absolutely unacceptable.
