I am pleased to see that the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs, Deputy Pat Carey, is in the House this morning because I wish to raise the Criminal Justice (Psychoactive Substances) Bill which the Minister took in the Seanad yesterday. It is vital that this Bill comes to this House as quickly as possible. In my own constituency, 30 young people have been brought to hospital because of a drug called Whack.
