Niall Collins (Limerick West, Fianna Fail)

I am glad to contribute to the debate tonight. It is livening up nicely. At the outset, I would like to congratulate my Limerick colleague, Deputy O'Donnell, on his elevation to the Fine Gael front bench. I hope he has a long and fruitful career. I do not know whether it was because he declared or switched sides today, but we will leave that to some other forum.
