Implementation of the Ryan Report: Statements
2:30 pm
Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin (Cavan-Monaghan, Sinn Fein)
Last week, when we challenged the validity of the Government's proposed ordering of business for this week, the Ceann Comhairle stated that the "Dáil could change that order". Those were his own words. We have presented a substantial motion in regard to a revised ordering of business for today and tomorrow that will double the time for address of the Ryan report. Two hours for that debate is absolutely unacceptable.
