Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin (Cavan-Monaghan, Sinn Fein)

The Minister of State is wrong in suggesting that he intends to introduce further legislation to address this need. This is his only opportunity and we want to support him. We ask him to accept the amendments and ensure this understandable need is affirmed in legislation as a right.
