When I recently asked the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources about the issue, he told me he had no money and no responsibility. The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government will not take responsibility for it either. The only thing I can do is to ask the Taoiseach to indicate that-----
