I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to discuss a matter of national importance, namely, the continued embargo on recruitment in the HSE which is putting peoples lives at risk and which is especially impacting on the care of our elderly, particularly in the Plunkett Home in Boyle, County Roscommon, where the Government still has not lived up its commitment to employ a clinical nurse manager.
