Joanna Tuffy (Dublin Mid West, Labour)

Ms Kathleen O'Toole, the head of the Garda Síochána Inspectorate, was reported in the newspaper the other day as saying that the role of Garda Reserve members needed to be expanded. It appears that many members of the Garda Reserve are applying for jobs with the PSNI because of the recruitment embargo in the Garda Síochána. That is one of her suggestions. Does the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform have legislation planned in that regard?
