Caoimhghín Ó Caoláin (Cavan-Monaghan, Sinn Fein)

I am trying to get an understanding of the genesis for the change in opinion and attitude by the Minister of State and the Taoiseach over a 24-hour period. Will the Taoiseach avail of the opportunity to explain this to the House? Will he speed up the processing of that legislation for the reasons I have outlined? Will he accommodate an opportunity for Members of the House to address progress – although there is a question mark there - on the recommendations contained in a series of reports that I have already mentioned?
