No. Obviously, I consider that everything we are doing in this Bill is driven by a concern regarding future security of supply, particularly in the transport area. I see the impetus behind this amendment but in a section on biofuel standards I do not believe that strategic intent would sit with the remaining part of the section and therefore I do not intend to include it.
