First, I ask the Tánaiste whether legislation will be published to provide a statutory role to the persons appointed to that panel? Second, if such legislation is to be published, when will Members have sight of it? Third, if no legislation is to be published, why is the appointment of individuals to the aforementioned panel now five months behind time?
