Emmet Stagg (Kildare North, Labour)

On the April 2004 report of the All-Party Oireachtas Committee on the Constitution, in 2006 the then Taoiseach, in reply to a question on the implementation of the building land section of that report, stated that the Government would bring forward another set of proposals, which must go through the Government and which he would announce here. That was included in the first programme for Government but it seems to have slipped out of the second programme for Government. Perhaps it is still there.
