As the Deputy concludes, I must draw attention to the fact that he made an allegation against members of An Bord Pleanála. I do not know whether he has any evidence in this regard. I accept that he has not made a personal allegation against any individual member of the board. It is inappropriate to make such an allegation under the protection of the House unless the Deputy is in a position to substantiate it. While the remarks have been made, I ask the Deputy to reflect on this - if not now, perhaps later - and consider the implications.
