What measures will be included in the social welfare (miscellaneous provisions) Bill, which has been promised for this session? I have received correspondence from people whose mortgage interest supplement was denied after 12 months because the social welfare consolidation supplementary welfare allowances regulations of 2007 state that no supplement referred to shall be paid in respect of a period of more than 12 months.
