The Minister's riposte is that the import of the amendment which I have proposed is comprehensively provided for in the charities legislation. I am not quite sure that that is true in all respects. Why is the legislation not being implemented? Is it that the Revenue Commissioners have such work to do they are not yet ready to put in place that which is envisaged by the legislation? I would not be advancing this amendment if the legislation passed by the House were implemented. Perhaps the Minister will say when we can expect that legislation to be implemented.
