I seek the adjournment of the Dáil under Standing Order 32 to discuss an issue of national importance and concern, namely, the urgent need to support and protect all children in this State; to thank and commend foster parents for the valuable work they have done in assisting vulnerable children; to welcome the establishment of an independent group to examine the deaths of children in HSE care; and to call on all Members of the Oireachtas to support all children at risk with proper support services.
