They included a child with heart problems associated with Down's syndrome, a child with cancer, a child who had a brain seizure, leukemia, a child with a brain tumour, a child who died of an asthma attack while asleep, a child who died of natural causes during a surgical procedure and a child who died in a road traffic accident.
