Question 49: To ask the Minister for Health and Children when the report relating to the abuse of children (details supplied) and the failure of our child protection services to intervene appropriately and promptly to protect the welfare of the children will be published; the action taken following the publication of the report into the death of Kelly Fitzgerald in 1996 to attempt to ensure the failures of the Western Health Board documented in that report did not recur.
