I move amendment No. 6:

In page 4, between lines 16 and 17, to insert the following:

""Oireachtas" includes the Oireachtas of Saorstát Éireann.".

The purpose of the amendment is self-explanatory. It requires the Minister to include the words "Saorstát Éireann" in the wording.
