As acting Minister for Defence, will the Taoiseach confirm a commitment made by the former Minister for Defence, Deputy O'Dea, to introduce legislation to reform the Irish Red Cross in view of the fact that three Government nominees, including a barrister, judge and former Minister have resigned from the organisation?
