I am being continuously interrupted. I raised a question on yesterday's Order of Business about the status of the motion which the Ceann Comhairle permitted and to which the Taoiseach replied. My understanding, which I think the Tánaiste has confirmed in her reply, was that it was intended as a Government motion.
