James Reilly (Dublin North, Fine Gael)
Question 4: To ask the Minister for Health and Children her views on whether reducing in-patient procedures by between 46,000 and 54,000 in 2010 means that patients will have to wait longer for essential diagnostics and treatment and will result in increased pressure on accident and emergency departments; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
