That Dáil Éireann approves the terms of an AAU Authorisation Agreement (Green Carbon Fund) between Ireland and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development on Ireland's participation in the Multilateral Carbon Credit Fund (Green Carbon Fund) , copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 28th January, 2010."
